We offer a Lean Manufacturing consultant support. We will help You and Your company to increase efficiency, efectivenes we will find the sources of waste, we could help to build and stabilze the quality of final products.

Modernization of machines and industrial machninery (lines), and adapting them to the needs of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. We will make a risk assesment of modified equipment, prepare the user manuals and create the Declaration of Conformity CE.

We could support as an external consultant for customers transfering products, production lines or technology from European Union countries.
